Developer – C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Designing, developing, enhancing, and providing support for healthcare systems based on the Cognizant Facets platform.

• Collaborating closely with Technical Analysts, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrations, extensions, and cloud-based solutions that support essential healthcare operations.

• Emphasizing hands-on development of Facets extensions, integrations, and associated components, while also supporting deployments and operations within AWS environments.

• Utilizing strong SQL skills and system knowledge to create reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

• Engaging in the complete software development lifecycle and aiding in production support and issue resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of residential requirements in the US.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Cognizant / TriZetto Facets, including extensions, batch processes, and integrations.

• Proficient in SQL development, encompassing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance troubleshooting.

• Experience in developing or supporting healthcare payer applications.

• Background in deploying, developing, or supporting applications in AWS environments.

• Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, file-based interfaces, and batch jobs.

• Experience throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and the construction of CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for production issues.

• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall development methodologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
