This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement Ironclad CLM solutions tailored to business needs.

• Create and customize workflows, approvals, templates, forms, and playbooks within Ironclad.

• Develop integrations between Ironclad and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, Slack, SAP, or other third-party systems utilizing APIs.

• Create custom scripts, webhooks, and automation to improve platform functionality.

• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and business stakeholders to collect and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

• Address production issues and enhance existing implementations.

• Conduct unit testing, deployment, and provide post-production support.

• Ensure adherence to platform security, governance, and best practices.

• Maintain technical documentation and assist with release management activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Practical experience in implementing and configuring Ironclad CLM.

• Strong knowledge of Ironclad Workflow Designer, templates, forms, and approvals.

• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, SQL, or related technologies.

• Experience in integrating Ironclad with enterprise applications.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
