This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and sustain bespoke internal web applications, dashboards, and operational tools from the ground up.

• Spearhead the creation of our forthcoming Contractor Management & Attendance Tracking Dashboard to enhance our global workforce operations.

• Gradually evolve into designing intelligent systems for recruitment pipelines, marketing automation, and dynamic lead generation.

• Create, assess, and launch highly efficient operational workflows and autonomous agents utilizing Claude CoWork.

• Utilize Claude Code within your local CLI environment to boost development speed, refactor outdated scripts, and swiftly identify bugs.

• Integrate various internal tools and platforms through APIs to eradicate manual data entry across teams.

• Design, configure, and oversee scalable backends using contemporary tools such as Supabase or comparable backend-as-a-service platforms.

• Enforce stringent data security measures, ensuring the secure storage of sensitive user information, safe management of API keys, and strong encryption practices.

• Ensure clean, maintainable code and documentation so that systems can be easily updated as the organization expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid foundation in software development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js, or similar modern stacks).

• Extensive hands-on experience utilizing Claude Code (CLI) and Claude CoWork to create actual applications and automations.

• Demonstrated experience in building front-end dashboards/web applications, connecting them to backends (e.g., Supabase, PostgreSQL), and successfully hosting/deploying them.

• Comprehensive understanding of data security best practices, environment variable management, and secure API integration.

• Highly resourceful approach; capable of transforming an abstract operational challenge into an automated software solution independently.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills, able to convert operational requests from non-technical team members into technical specifications.
