This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee our Jira support help desk and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Continuously enhance and streamline support processes.
• Create and maintain Python scripts for data import and export.
• Handle support requests from customers effectively.
• Diagnose customer issues by reviewing logs and executing simple database queries.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with various team members and stakeholders from all business areas.
• Regularly prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in software engineering (front-end, back-end, or full-stack roles).
• More than 3 years of experience in supporting SaaS platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing Python in production settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient in designing and utilizing APIs, including GraphQL.
• Strong grasp of version control best practices using Git.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Located in LATAM only.
