Deutschsprachiger Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Handling customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat.

• Troubleshooting account or technical issues and escalating as necessary.

• Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at C2/native level.

• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.

• Flexibility for on-site or remote work with rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, depending on the project).

• Willingness to relocate to Greece at least one week before the start date for on-site positions.
