This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Assist couples in organizing destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel experiences.

• Investigate venues, packages, and travel logistics tailored to client preferences.

• Arrange travel bookings, encompassing flights, lodgings, and activities.

• Engage with premier suppliers and resort brands.

• Keep abreast of resort trends, familiarization trips, and promotional deals.

• Deliver outstanding virtual customer service through phone, email, or Zoom.

• Utilize provided tools, CRM systems, and booking platforms to oversee client journeys.

• Take part in optional live and on-demand training opportunities.

• A proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Enthusiastic about travel, weddings, or event coordination.

• Comfortable working autonomously and in a virtual environment.

• Detail-oriented, imaginative, and client-focused.

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Certification as a Travel & Destination Wedding Specialist.
