This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Coordinating operations at the destination by fostering strong relationships with vendors.
• Ensuring the accuracy of product information and monitoring the quality of services provided.
• Overseeing transportation and excursion arrangements.
• Conducting quality assurance evaluations.
• Responding to incidents in line with company protocols.
• Assisting with the execution of local Emergency Response Plan tasks as needed.
• Reporting and escalating local incidents through the designated system.
• Communicating operational updates and challenges to higher management.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or destination management.
• Proven experience in vendor relations and operational process management.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Capability to quickly learn and adapt to company systems.
