This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer technical support to computer users by responding to inquiries to resolve their computer-related issues.
• Address trouble tickets to fix user problems; create trouble tickets to monitor and resolve user issues.
• Deliver technical assistance via phone, email, and instant messaging remotely for users regarding password resets, email, directories, standard MS Windows desktop applications, smartphones, and network connectivity.
• Participate in all scheduled meetings with users to aid in data transfers.
• Public Trust Clearance required by the start date.
• ITILv4 Foundation Training and ITILv4 Foundation Certification, to be completed within 120 days of hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fully or partially remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Proven capability to utilize extensive knowledge across essential tasks and high-impact projects.
• 0 - 5 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma.
