This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Designer III functions as an emerging individual contributor within a collaborative team.
• Accountable for achieving project scope, timeline, and delivery objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders and apply persuasive skills to enhance design processes and methodologies.
• Produce design outputs such as discovery artifacts, sketches, rough prototypes, wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate discussions and clearly define goals to meet project requirements.
• Exhibits the capability to guide and mentor fellow designers, emphasizing actionable feedback that fosters growth in the design field.
• May oversee accessibility initiatives, including compliance with Section 508, and possess knowledge of other emerging accessibility standards.
• A bachelor's degree along with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Progressive background in design principles and associated technologies.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Miro, Adobe, or other design tools.
• Knowledge of policies and guidance for Section 508/WCAG compliance.
• Ability to design test cases/plans.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in accessibility tools and techniques.
