This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams, as well as key stakeholders throughout the portfolio.
• Design comprehensive user experiences utilizing low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity design assets, journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Take ownership of customer outcomes and promote a cohesive, end-to-end vision for user experience.
• Conduct design reviews, critiques, and workshops to foster collaboration.
• Leverage user feedback and data to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with product management to help shape strategic initiatives.
• Generate design concepts and solutions based on user requirements, product vision, and technological capacities.
• Employ advanced AI tools to innovate and develop design solutions focused on user outcomes.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in senior design roles within SaaS products.
• Proficiency in creating design deliverables encompassing the entire user experience, including design visions, initial concepts, workflows, wireframes, and polished visual designs.
• A portfolio showcasing both web and mobile projects.
• Portfolio examples that highlight shipped products with specific contributions to design directions and decisions.
• Experience in integrating user research findings into design processes.
• Background in collaborating with UX research and content design teams.
• A strong passion for tackling complex challenges and identifying opportunities for enhancing product experiences.
• Proficiency in English is necessary for communication with colleagues, customers, and partners primarily located outside of Quebec.
• For research and development roles, ability to comprehend technical and scientific industry documentation in English is required.
• Experience in specific vertical markets such as Healthcare, Automotive, Education, and Insurance is advantageous.
