Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create high-conversion pages and templates for the website, including BOFU sales pages, pricing structures, and demo flows.

• Develop and deliver materials for sales enablement, such as battle cards, one-pagers, presentations, and pitch resources.

• Oversee the production of short-form videos for the marketing team, including editing, storyboarding, and providing some direction.

• Sustain and enhance the TrustYou brand system in Figma, focusing on component libraries, design tokens, and reusable templates.

• Leverage AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and Midjourney to streamline routine design tasks, allowing more time for creative and strategic endeavors.

• Collaborate directly with the outbound team to create compelling content for paid advertisements and outbound marketing campaigns.

• Assist with EMEA event materials as required, including banners, booth designs, and event one-pagers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS design, possessing a strong understanding of the aesthetic language (clean, conversion-focused, data-driven) as opposed to consumer product styling.

• Proficient in Figma, including experience with component libraries, design tokens, and systems thinking.

• Practical experience in UX and conversion design, particularly for landing pages, BOFU materials, pricing pages, and demo flows, showcasing measurable conversion successes in previous projects.

• Expertise in sales enablement design, effectively translating messaging into a visual hierarchy.

• Competence in short-form video editing using tools like Premiere, DaVinci, or similar software.

• Active proficiency with AI design tools is essential. You utilize Figma, Claude, and AI image generation tools (such as Gemini and Midjourney) as integral parts of your daily workflow and view AI as a force multiplier, eager to deepen its integration into your work.

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal communication skills.
