📋 Description

• Create both static and animated graphics for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

• Develop reusable social media templates, graphic packages, and visual systems.

• Tailor client branding for social media while maintaining organizational identity.

• Produce motion graphics, animated text, and short edited pieces for campaigns and client showcases.

• Assist in graphic production for creator content and shows from initial concept to final delivery.

• Prepare final files for publishing and handoff, ensuring appropriate formats, export settings, and captions.

• Generate a high volume of creative visual ideas and options promptly.

• Utilize AI image and video generation tools to explore, iterate, and create content.

• Keep the team updated on graphic trends, platform formats, and emerging tools.

• Collaborate effectively with strategists, project managers, and production teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience designing graphics and motion content for social media and online platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing social-first work that includes both static graphics and motion designs.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, After Effects, and similar design and motion software.

• Skilled in AI image and video generation using tools like Flora and other AI-driven design platforms.

• Familiarity with a diverse array of graphic styles.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and platform-specific practices.

• Education or experience in media or communications is a plus.

• Experience with social or political causes and campaigns is a major plus.

• Capability to work remotely while residing in the United States.
