This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Generate robust ideas and design concepts for branding and corporate design initiatives—both digital and analog.
• Take charge of the design process from initial briefing to final delivery.
• Create and enhance visual brand identities, encompassing corporate design, campaign elements, and corporate communications.
• Supervise and ensure the quality of communication projects adhering to high design standards.
• Develop unique visual languages, aesthetics, and guiding concepts for brands and organizations.
• Work collaboratively within the creative team to craft innovative and cohesive brand solutions.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and the formulation of strategic brand strategies.
• Produce engaging presentations and confidently showcase concepts to current and potential clients.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in branding, corporate design, or visual brand communication.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or an equivalent credential.
• Strong proficiency in commonly used design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, brand aesthetics, and visual nuances.
• Experience in designing communication materials across a variety of media.
• Basic knowledge of motion design (e.g., After Effects) is advantageous.
• Creativity, robust conceptual abilities, and a structured, professional approach to work.
• Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a readiness to assume responsibility.
