Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive UX and UI design with minimal supervision.

• Convert research findings into distinct design opportunities and user-focused solutions.

• Organize and lead workshops.

• Engage with and contribute to design systems, creating reusable, well-organized components.

• Assess trade-offs, analyze risks, and make design choices aligned with user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Assist in the development of pitch decks and other presentation materials.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

• Accessible portfolio.

• Must have at least a 3-hour overlap with the New York EDT timezone.
