This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Develop working and presentation drawings for dealer and production purposes.

• Utilize custom Latham Panel Software integrated within AutoCAD.

• Ensure all drawings and designs meet customer requirements and specifications.

• Identify compliance issues according to ANSI/APSP/ICC-5 and ISPSC standards.

• Verify correct product types are represented in the drawings.

• Upload files to the Pool Kit Configurator for entry, specific to panels.

• Manage access to the electronic Request Center Design queue, identify and assign relevant orders, and complete tasks accordingly.

• After uploading the finalized design package, submit it for Quality Review.

• Carry out additional duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Preference for post-secondary diploma or university degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in design or a related area; prior experience in the swimming pool industry is a plus.

• Proficient in the latest AutoCAD/CAD software.

• Strong skills in math, data entry, customer service, interpersonal communication, time management, and multitasking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• High attention to detail, a positive outlook, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Strong computer proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
