This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the comprehensive design and continuous development of audiohook.com, encompassing information architecture, visual design, collaborative copy, and conversion enhancement.

• Create landing pages, sales materials, social media graphics, event resources, and pitch presentations.

• Achieve a measurable increase in conversion rates for the homepage and key landing pages within six months of starting.

• Lead UX design for the Audiohook product, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to transform complex advertising processes into simple, user-friendly interfaces.

• Perform user research, usability testing, and design evaluations to ensure decisions are based on genuine customer behavior.

• Work alongside Engineering to deliver pixel-perfect designs and consistently elevate the quality of the live product.

• Develop and sustain a design system that effectively scales across web, product, and marketing platforms.

• Advocate for Audiohook's visual identity and adapt it as the brand evolves.

• Showcase design work and the reasoning behind it during product and leadership presentations.

• Communicate clearly and proactively in a remote-first setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of design experience, including web, product/UX, and branding.

• A strong portfolio showcasing completed website projects and product UX, rather than just conceptual work.

• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with prototyping tools and contemporary web design trends.

• Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS and the design handoff process to engineering.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of quality.

• Experience in designing for B2B SaaS or advertising technology.

• Capability to implement straightforward front-end changes independently.

• Experience in building or contributing to a design system from the ground up.

• Background in a startup or rapidly growing organization.

• Comfort with using AI tools for exploring concepts, generating assets, and expediting the design process.
