This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of kitchen designers.
• Act as the primary leader for assigned team members by providing daily coaching, technical support, and guidance for performance improvement.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, functioning as the designer of record and main point of contact while exemplifying best practices in sales, design excellence, and customer service.
• Exhibit outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities while fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment that reflects the Company's values and policies.
• Must have been employed for a minimum of 5 years with Cabinets.com or be on track to reach the 5-year milestone by 2026.
• Required to have achieved at least $1.4 million in sales during the year 2025.
• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience or equivalent is necessary; this can be with Cabinets.com or a previous employer.
