This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Creates engineering or product concepts that are of high quality, economically viable, and meet customer expectations while also establishing a technical specialty area and providing mentorship to team members within the discipline.
• Employs suitable tools and equipment to carry out necessary design tasks such as design creation, analysis, and verification.
• Exhibits proficiency across various stages of the complete product realization process relevant to their role.
• Shows the capability to work autonomously in at least one phase of the Product Realization Process without needing guidance from mentors or functional managers.
• Generates thorough project documentation that adheres to quality and change management protocols and standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required; three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer skills.
• Intermediate skills in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Strong knowledge of cross-discipline development.
• Solid understanding of structured design principles.
• Capability to foster positive working relationships with team members and clients.
• Familiarity with lab test and measurement equipment.
• Knowledge of lab tools.
• Proficiency with general office equipment and materials.
