Design Summit Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Gain insights into A&F Co. and our diverse range of global brands.

• Discover the different design roles available within the A&F Design Leadership Development Programs, such as Apparel Design, Tech Design, Graphic Design, CAD Design, and Creative Marketing.

• Connect with former design interns to hear about their summer experiences and how they began their careers at A&F Co.

• Learn about our corporate social responsibility efforts focusing on Inclusion & Belonging, Philanthropy, and Sustainability.

• Collaborate to complete a practical case study that illustrates real-world applications of the work.

• Kick off the recruitment process for a Summer Internship in 2027.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a sophomore pursuing a bachelor's degree.

• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.

• A strong passion for the A&F brands is essential.

• A keen interest in exploring a career in corporate retail.

• Ability to excel and work collaboratively in team-oriented environments.

• Demonstrated leadership experience is a must.

• Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work setting.

• A desire to expand knowledge and skills.

• Submit a portfolio/website, resume, and unofficial transcript showing cumulative GPA.
