Design Rendering Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Convert authorized briefs into plans, elevations, perspectives, and renderings using 2020 Design and Magicplan.

• Develop realistic lighting, balanced materials, staging, and camera angles for client presentations.

• Accurately represent approved product lines utilizing verified details or clearly labeled placeholders.

• Provide complete and organized files ready for the US team at the start of their workday.

• Implement the full QA checklist and apply approved changes across all relevant views and files.

• Document conflicting inputs, unclear products, or timing risks in writing, including their implications and recommended next steps.

• Expertise in 2020 Design and Magicplan.

• Capability to produce clean plans and refined renderings efficiently.

• Ability to maintain organized source files.

• Strong visual judgment regarding lighting, material balance, staging, and camera selection.

• Detail-oriented approach to verifying dimensions, openings, products, finishes, and consistency.

• Ability to identify unverifiable details.

• Dependable execution during opposite hours and timely handoffs for the next business morning.

• Proactive written communication regarding risks and delays.

• Innovative problem-solving and workflow enhancement within the brief.

• Secure handling of customer plans, addresses, credentials, pricing, and files.

• Utilization of only approved tools and services.
