DataPower Integration Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Participate in business and technical meetings to collect and evaluate business requirements.

• Conduct assessments of technical feasibility and recommend the best integration solutions in coordination with the core team.

• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation in accordance with established standards.

• Create secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions utilizing IBM DataPower.

• Offer technical direction and assistance to development teams throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to guarantee successful delivery of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of SOA, enterprise integration, and middleware principles.

• Practical experience in designing integration solutions with IBM DataPower.

• Solid knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs, and XSLT.

• Experience in creating DataPower services such as Multi-Protocol Gateway (MPGW), Web Service Proxy, and XML Firewall.

• Good grasp of security principles including OAuth, SSL/TLS, AAA, and certificate management.

• Experience in the telecom sector is a plus.

• Familiarity with IBM API Connect or other API Management platforms is advantageous.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong skills in communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
