Design Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Effectively staff and manage a team consisting of supervisors, SMEs, and seasoned PV designers.

• Maintain metrics to monitor both team and individual productivity as well as quality performance.

• Collaborate with shared services (IT, HR, Training, etc.) and operations management to align and prioritize business objectives.

• Lead business reviews, team training sessions, weekly team meetings, and other related activities.

• Promote standardization and process enhancements.

• Ensure that SLA performance requirements are fulfilled with all external and internal stakeholders.

• Create, maintain, and refine tools utilized by the design team.

• Uphold company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

• Oversee the performance and objectives of team members.

• Mentor and nurture the development of team members.

• Collaborate with the software team to devise technological solutions for the business.

• Delegate tasks effectively.

• Exhibit ethics and professionalism consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Business-related field is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience is required.

• At least 3 years of management experience is required.

• Strong data analysis skills are preferred.

• The ability to interpret construction documents is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with computer skills; MS Suite, Oracle, Salesforce, and Google Suite are required.

• Professional appearance and client interaction skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing, motivating, and disciplining when necessary.

• A motivated team player, eager to succeed.

• Innovative and proactive approach.

• Willingness to travel if required.
