This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with and assist team leaders in project engagements
• Document and establish repeatable end-to-end processes for planning, managing, and executing work
• Identify needs related to processes, tools, documentation, capacity, data, and asset management, and educate leadership on potential enhancements
• Connect cross-functional teams and facilitate communication regarding interdependencies
• Advocate for the design team while collaborating with Design Systems, Quality Assurance, and enterprise stakeholders
• Communicate project status to teams, stakeholders, and senior management using visual aids and data
• Coordinate and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with management and cross-functional teams
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, articulate risks and trade-offs, and advise on prioritization
• Guide design projects from inception to completion, providing advice on deadlines and managing expectations
• Assist design teams in scoping product initiatives, identifying priorities, and delivering critical projects
• Facilitate meetings, define next steps and owners, and resolve any blockers
• Proactively assess risks and address issues
• Measure the impact of programs and initiatives as well as operational efficiency both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Support management with team communication, problem-solving, data-driven insights, and information dissemination
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Over 8 years of proven success as a Project or Program Manager, or in a similar role, within a creative environment
• At least 2 years of experience leading large projects through their entire life cycle within a large, cross-functional team
• Experience collaborating with global teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly and succinctly to all levels of the enterprise
• Demonstrated history of timely project/program delivery for large, cross-functional projects involving global stakeholders
• Experience contributing to project playbooks, developing schedules, managing issues and risks, establishing communication plans, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and Jira
• Understanding of design and development processes
• Experience working with design systems
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, understandable explanations
• Proficient use of digital tools and platforms
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while adhering to deadlines amid shifting priorities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
