This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take the lead in planning and executing brand and campaign design initiatives that enhance Cloudinary’s visual identity and foster business growth.
• Create high-quality creative assets for various digital platforms, including landing pages, web experiences, advertising campaigns, eBooks, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful creative experiences.
• Develop, refine, and sustain scalable design methodologies while ensuring brand consistency across different projects and campaigns.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize strong visual design principles and a user-centered approach to enhance engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Present design ideas, articulate creative rationale clearly, and integrate feedback in a collaborative manner.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, operational excellence, continuous learning, and creative teamwork.
• Extensive experience in brand design and the application of visual storytelling across digital marketing and campaign initiatives.
• Advanced expertise in Figma, including a comprehensive understanding of workflows, collaboration techniques, and scalable design execution.
• Proven experience in designing landing pages, web pages, advertising creatives, and multi-channel marketing materials.
• Knowledge of foundational print and collateral design principles, with the capability to apply them as necessary.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Skillful in prioritizing tasks, solving problems, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and evolving creative methodologies.
• Over 5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design roles, or equivalent experience acquired through various learning pathways.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing Design, or relevant practical experience.
