Design Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Designers as designated by the Director of Furniture Solutions

• Engage actively in design initiatives that support both clients and sellers

• Assess team performance and nurture relationships with key manufacturing partners

• Facilitate training sessions and propose effective resolution strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Commercial Contract Furniture Design

• Prior experience in a management role

• Completion of Higher Secondary or Vocational Education

• Design Degree is preferred
