• Develop interactions and communication between humans and devices through innovative digital products.
• Spearhead and articulate principles that promote outstanding, human-centered digital experiences.
• Create visually engaging and highly functional user interfaces for applications, websites, and various digital products.
• Integrate layout thinking with visual intricacies—delivering clean, cohesive, and system-oriented designs.
• Design scalable, accessible, and expressive systems.
• Maintain visual consistency and coherence across products utilizing Figma and component libraries expertly.
• Produce and document micro-interactions and UI motion briefs to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with conceptual and UX designers to refine wireframes and navigation frameworks.
• Participate in defining user interactions with AI.
• Convert client objectives into clear design solutions based on research, usability, and systems thinking.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships through curiosity, confidence, and creativity.
• Represent the design discipline in cross-functional meetings, helping to unify strategic and experiential viewpoints.
• Over 4 years of experience in the design field, emphasizing human-centered digital experiences.
• A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital products, services, and experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of design systems, including their structure, scalability, and documentation.
• Proficient in applying UI best practices, with a solid grasp of page design, layout, and interaction visuals.
• Proven ability to design informed by data and user insights.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Capable of designing and iterating on UX-provided wireframes, refining them into production-ready UI.
• Expertise in navigation frameworks, product flows, and system-level thinking.
• Ability to create and document micro-interactions and UI motion briefs.
• Ensures visual consistency and coherence across intricate design ecosystems.
• Highly proficient in Figma, including shared libraries, plugins, and components of design systems.
• Commitment to continuous practice and process enhancement.
