This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and enhance OLIPOP's visual identity.
• Maintain and broaden Brand Guidelines.
• Motivate and lead the Design Team.
• Supervise the complete innovation design process.
• Take ownership of shopper marketing creative initiatives.
• Collaborate across various functions.
• Establish partnerships with vendors and agencies.
• Ensure excellence in execution.
• Strong understanding of design briefs.
• Over 10 years of design experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a creative leadership or management capacity.
• Experience in CPG, food/beverage, or lifestyle brands.
• Profound ability to develop and expand visual identity systems across different channels and formats.
• A portfolio demonstrating versatility, showcasing a cohesive aesthetic across digital, print, retail, and packaging.
• Familiarity with packaging design and production workflows.
• Strong communicator and creative collaborator who can engage with various teams and disciplines.
• Capability to navigate between overarching brand strategies and detailed execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and evolving a visual identity system across multiple platforms (packaging, digital, retail, social, etc.).
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting, balancing creativity with executional precision.
• Proven track record of quickly translating briefs into aligned outputs with minimal revisions.
• Experience guiding design teams towards exceptional work, balancing creative inspiration with constructive feedback and clear guidance.
• Comfortable receiving and integrating feedback while also offering clear and direct critiques to others.
