This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and enhance Monograph’s Webflow website.
• Create landing pages and other web experiences aimed at conversion.
• Ensure rapid page loading, provide excellent UX/UI, and achieve strong performance across both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Maintain an organized, scalable Webflow environment, encompassing CMS collections, templates, components, forms, and reusable page sections.
• Oversee essential website operations, including metadata management, redirects, image optimization, internal linking, form configuration, publishing, and quality assurance.
• Leverage performance insights to enhance page layouts, visual hierarchy, user experience, and conversion pathways.
• Conduct quality assurance on pages prior to launch and independently resolve common Webflow issues.
• Design campaign assets for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other paid media channels that are clear, contemporary, and effective in small-format placements.
• Quickly adapt campaign concepts into various formats, sizes, and variations.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to experiment with creative approaches, refresh ads that have become stale, and enhance campaign results.
• Develop GIFs, short animations, lightweight motion graphics, and product explainer visuals for web pages and paid media initiatives.
• Transform product workflows, screenshots, and UI concepts into straightforward visual assets that clarify Monograph’s offerings.
• Infuse a modern, sophisticated B2B SaaS design aesthetic into Monograph’s website, campaigns, events, and sales materials.
• Produce web graphics, illustrations, diagrams, presentation materials, event resources, one-pagers, and sales collateral as necessary.
• Design concepts for annual trade show booths and accompanying event assets, including booth graphics, signage, banners, screens, handouts, and related visual materials.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, printers, or contractors as required to deliver event and campaign assets accurately and punctually.
• Over 6 years of design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or a rapidly growing startup.
• A robust portfolio showcasing Webflow sites and landing pages that you have personally designed and built.
• Extensive experience with Webflow, including CMS, templates, components, forms, responsive design, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability in creating landing pages, paid social media advertisements, and campaign creative.
• Fundamental understanding of technical SEO principles.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality assurance, and execution.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt quickly in a startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and sound design judgment.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies, freelancers, printers, booth vendors, and other production partners.
