Design & Email Specialist, Klaviyo – DTC E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Aid in the planning and execution of AI-driven email marketing campaigns across various e-commerce brands utilizing Klaviyo.

• Assist in establishing automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Work alongside the senior team to integrate AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance enhancement.

• Oversee and maintain email lists and segmentation to guarantee accurate targeting and optimal list performance.

• Contribute to the reporting and analysis of essential campaign metrics to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

• Aid in managing the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution that aligns with brand objectives and promotional timelines.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver cohesive and compelling campaign outputs.

• Create and design email templates and campaign layouts that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Practical email marketing experience, ideally in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

• Required proficiency with Klaviyo, encompassing automation, segmentation, and campaign creation.

• Essential experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., for copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalization).
