• Develop and create high-quality, branded marketing and communications materials, such as presentations, social media graphics, brochures, reports, email assets, infographics, and event materials.
• Produce visually compelling content for both internal and external audiences while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain and enhance templates, brand resources, and design systems to promote visual consistency and efficiency.
• Review and refine materials for visual precision, consistency, accessibility, and overall quality.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns across various channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for enhancements.
• Contribute to event marketing efforts, including signage, collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets.
• Aid the team with digital marketing assets for email, web, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the internal team to comprehend communication goals and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Establish, maintain, and optimize automated marketing workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Keep clean, accurate, and well-organized CRM and marketing data to support reporting and automation.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, delivering high-quality results within set timelines.
• Coordinate with and manage external vendors for specialized or large-scale projects as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in design, marketing, or creative communications.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere).
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Microsoft 365, WordPress, and MailChimp.
• Proven experience, demonstrated through a portfolio, in creating content for digital platforms.
• Experience working within a non-profit organization.
• Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
