This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and associated programs.
• Build and nurture client relationships to uncover insights and bidding opportunities for the organization.
• Manage program coordination from the bidding process to contract award, including delivery and production stages.
• Create and oversee comprehensive program schedules that align with customer milestones.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution involving engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Ensure that all deliverables comply with client technical requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular program reviews with client stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential risks.
• Oversee contract scope, change orders, and commercial agreements.
• Supervise supplier and sub-tier vendor performance.
• Assist with hardware builds, qualification testing, and readiness for delivery.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards (ITAR, export controls).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Over 7 years of program/project management experience within the aerospace or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in serving as a supplier/vendor for major aerospace clients.
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex hardware programs.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with production ramp-up and scaling processes.
