This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Set up and operate both small and large format commercial dehumidification and power generation equipment, along with associated peripheral devices in commercial restoration contexts.
• Conduct operator-level maintenance on equipment.
• Install and manage temporary ducting, sometimes from elevated positions using a man-lift.
• Execute basic carpentry tasks.
• Track all hours worked on projects using a proprietary web-based application.
• Document all equipment utilized on a project within a proprietary web-based application.
• Provide comprehensive photographic documentation of equipment in operation on job sites.
• Capture and photographically document project psychrometric readings using company-provided meters.
• Order fuel and oversee the monitoring and forecasting of project fueling needs.
• Collaborate with CRT Sales Representatives on assigned projects.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with smartphone applications.
• Understanding of web-based applications.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience in the Restoration Industry or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds or more.
