📋 Description

• As a Senior Fullstack Software Developer in the Growth Squad at Astrea, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of retention and expansion strategies within the Product team.

• Your mission is to ensure that technical solutions are delivered with agility, efficiency, and accuracy, allowing the squad to quickly validate hypotheses and make iterative adjustments.

• Serve as the technical reference for the squad by developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from backend to frontend.

• Ensure continuous and agile deliveries, enabling the team to validate experiments and make quick adjustments while maintaining quality.

• Implement scalable solutions that optimize performance on both the frontend and backend.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Designers, and other stakeholders to align business needs with engineering best practices.

• Define and adhere to coding best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and secure deployment processes.

• Develop integrations with tools and APIs that support data analysis and growth experiments.

• Support the team in building and implementing experiments and A/B tests, focusing on rapid improvements and continuous learning.

• Collaborate with other squads to implement and scale successful initiatives within Astrea.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• A minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a fullstack developer, with extensive knowledge in backend languages (Java and Kotlin) and frontend technologies (Angular, React, CSS-in-JS, and semantic HTML).

• Experience in architecting scalable solutions, including microservices and cloud infrastructure.

• Familiarity with agile environments, and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, ensuring continuous delivery of value.

• Knowledge in integrating with data analysis and growth tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills, with experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in Git.

• Self-motivated and proactive personality.

• It is a plus if you have experience working with A/B testing and continuous experimentation methodologies for rapid solution validation.
