This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain applications using JavaScript and/or TypeScript;

• Engage in programming logic, object-oriented development, and adherence to software architecture best practices;

• Create solutions in serverless and event-driven environments;

• Develop, maintain, and enhance REST APIs;

• Execute system integrations and consume external APIs;

• Work with SQL databases, data modeling, and structuring;

• Build frontend interfaces using React;

• Utilize the Twilio platform, including: Twilio Voice API and Conversations API, Twilio Serverless Functions; Twilio Flex Insights and reporting; Development and maintenance of Twilio Flex plugins;

• Create and manage Studio Flows;

• Configure TaskRouter and manage routing of service requests;

• Manage phone numbers and WhatsApp Senders on the platform;

• Collaborate with various areas and teams, contributing to effective communication and teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in development using Python and the Django framework;

• Proven experience with Node.js for application and API development;

• Knowledge of low-code/no-code backend platforms, particularly Xano;

• Experience with cloud platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Azure;

• Familiarity with AWS DynamoDB and NoSQL database modeling;

• Understanding of contact center workflows and operations;

• Experience with code versioning using Git;

• Knowledge of Docker and Linux environment administration;

• Proficiency in automated testing and software quality assurance;

• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment pipelines;

• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to integrations and real-time communication flows;

• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and capacity for teamwork.
