📋 Description

• Work within the support team, analyzing, investigating, and resolving issues related to client systems.

• Examine processes and source code to pinpoint the root causes of problems.

• Handle and manage a high volume of daily tickets.

• Analyze, prioritize, and address demands according to SLA and criticality levels.

• Investigate and identify defects in the code.

• Fix errors and implement adjustments in applications.

• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of systems.

• Support incident resolution, ensuring system stability and continuity.

• Analyze processes and business rules to enhance efficiency in problem resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Java 8

• Spring Boot

• Familiarity with APIs

• SQL

• Understanding of backend programming

• Experience in projects or solid knowledge of the mentioned tools and practices

• GIT, Web APIs, and DDD are advantageous

• AWS is a plus

• React is a bonus
