• Develop and enhance comprehensive journeys for field teams

• Create solutions that involve work orders, dispatch, routing, checklists, evidence collection, geolocation (GPS), digital signatures, and data synchronization

• Contribute to the development of solutions that transform the field operations experience

• Engage in innovative projects utilizing ServiceNow

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)

• Knowledge of Now Mobile

• Understanding of offline applications

• Development for mobile devices

• Integrations involving geolocation features

• Familiarity with work orders, dispatch, routing, checklists, evidence collection, GPS, digital signatures, and data synchronization is relevant to the role
