This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical reference in Android development, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring code quality;

• Actively participate in the technical definition of the product, from understanding requirements to implementation;

• Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions using Kotlin and modern Android best practices;

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Design, Backend, QA) to ensure alignment and clarity in deliverables;

• Promote and disseminate best development practices, code reviews, and design patterns;

• Mentor less experienced developers, contributing to the team's growth and evolution;

• Proactively identify and address complex problems and continuous technical improvements;

• Ensure quality through testing (unit, integration) and automation;

• Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in Android development;

• Proficiency in Kotlin and deep knowledge of the Android ecosystem;

• Familiarity with modern architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVI), Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack (ViewModel, LiveData/Flow, Navigation, Room, etc.);

• Experience consuming REST APIs (Retrofit, OkHttp);

• Experience with dependency injection (Hilt, Dagger or similar);

• Knowledge of best coding practices, SOLID principles, and Clean Code;

• Experience with version control using Git and collaborative workflows;

• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, MockK or similar);

• Familiarity with CI/CD and publishing to the Play Store.
