This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to engage in the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• The individual will be responsible for building scalable solutions, integrating with external systems, and continuously improving processes within the platform.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce.

• Develop solutions using: Apex (classes, triggers, controllers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Design and construct integrations with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub).

• Optimize processes by prioritizing declarative tools such as Flow Builder.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best development practices.

• Ensure high unit test coverage.

• Mentor junior and semi-senior developers.

• Manage deployments and versioning using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Copado, Salesforce CLI).

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.

• Solid experience in: Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript (for LWC).

• Experience in developing interfaces with Lightning Web Components and SLDS.

• Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Experience designing and implementing integrations via APIs.

• Knowledge of design patterns applied to Salesforce (Trigger Frameworks, Service Layer, Domain Layer).

• Experience managing deployments and version control.
