This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.

• Collaborate on Salesforce configuration, including the creation of objects, custom fields, validation rules, and automations.

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems through APIs and integration tools.

• Engage in requirements analysis and implement solutions that align with business needs.

• Create and maintain technical documentation regarding the developments carried out.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and enhancements to the code to ensure the proper functioning of implemented solutions.

• Provide user support and resolve incidents related to Salesforce.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.

• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, automated processes).

• Knowledge in system integration using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Experience in implementation and maintenance projects in Banking/Insurance will be a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.

• Salesforce certification (preferred).

• Good level of English proficiency.
