Desarrollador Junior Salesforce, CPQ & Contracts/CLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Support the configuration, development, and maintenance of solutions on Salesforce.

• Participate in the implementation of functionalities related to Salesforce CPQ, including: Products, Catalogs, Pricing Rules, Discounts, Bundles, and Quotes.

• Assist with initiatives related to Contracts / CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management).

• Configure objects, fields, layouts, record types, and validation rules.

• Design and maintain automations using Salesforce Flow and declarative tools.

• Develop basic queries using SOQL.

• Participate in basic developments in Apex as needed.

• Execute unit tests and support functional validation activities.

• Document configurations, developments, and changes implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with Salesforce.

• Experience in development, configuration, or support on the Salesforce platform.

• Academic, practical, or professional experience in projects related to business processes, sales, or automation.

• Fundamentals of Salesforce Platform.

• Proficiency in standard and custom objects.

• Configuration of: Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Validation Rules, Salesforce Flow, and declarative automations.

• Fundamentals of Apex.

• Fundamentals of SOQL.

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce CPQ: Products, Price Books, Quotes, Pricing, Bundles, and Business Rules.

• General understanding of contract processes and document management.
