This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Navigate and address challenges within accounts to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
β’ Develop a strategic territory plan by aligning mutual priorities and leveraging insights and strategies.
β’ Collaborate proactively with territory colleagues and field teams to meet customer demands.
β’ Analyze territory data and market trends to reveal local insights.
β’ Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to tackle complex issues.
β’ Provide real-time access support and collaborate closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
β’ A bachelor's degree is required from an accredited four-year college or university.
β’ Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large sales teams within the past 5 years.
β’ A proven history of consistently high performance in managing large accounts and key customers.
β’ A self-motivated individual with analytical skills to solve problems and address customer needs.
β’ Candidates must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.
β’ The ability to travel 60-80% across a wide geography is necessary.
