📋 Description

• Become a part of our team as an OTC Derivatives Sales Trader.

• Engage a diverse array of client profiles with customized crypto derivative solutions.

• Propel revenue generation efforts.

• Work in collaboration with trading, structuring, legal, and operations teams to create comprehensive solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust understanding of OTC derivative products, specifically forwards and options trading.

• Proven experience in a client-facing sales trading capacity.

• A demonstrated history of cultivating and sustaining successful relationships with institutional clients (e.g., asset managers, hedge funds, corporations, banks).

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to comprehend and address client-specific requirements.

• A solid grasp of pertinent market regulations and compliance standards.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
