Deputy Manager – Vehicle Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote diagnostic support and technical assistance for vehicles utilizing connected vehicle platforms, telematics systems, and diagnostic equipment.

• Track and evaluate vehicle health metrics.

• Conduct remote fault diagnostics for internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicles.

• Investigate recurring field problems and document findings.

• Create and sustain troubleshooting manuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in technical support within the automotive sector.

• Proficiency in automotive troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies, including connected vehicle systems and over-the-air (OTA) updates.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Understanding of automotive electrical systems and electronics.
