This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Expedite the Time-to-Market (TTM)
• Assess the existing software development lifecycle (SDLC) to pinpoint and remove bottlenecks
• Create and establish engineering and project frameworks to shorten delivery cycles
• Guarantee consistent and transparent feature delivery without sacrificing quality
• Propel Business Value Delivery
• Serve as the main technical collaborator for the product organization (CPO, PMs, Designers)
• Assume responsibility for the business backlog from a technical execution perspective
• Align engineering initiatives and resource distribution directly with business and product objectives
• Enhance Development & Delivery Frameworks
• Establish, scale, and oversee robust SDLC processes
• Implement and uphold effective IT project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.) tailored to the product's requirements
• Create a centralized source of truth for delivery status, risks, and timelines
• Manage Cross-Functional Execution
• Coordinate efforts among engineering, product, and design teams
• Address dependencies and obstacles in the delivery pipeline
• Develop structured execution systems instead of relying on makeshift solutions
• Ensure Effective Stakeholder Management
• Verify product requirements against technical feasibility and system limitations
• Provide logical, data-driven pushback to the product team and stakeholders when expectations are not realistic
• Clearly communicate technical strategies, progress, and risks to C-level executives
• Extensive expertise in SDLC setup and enhancement
• Advanced skills in IT project management and Delivery Management
• Strong understanding of various project frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Capability to monitor, assess, and enhance the TTM metric
• Profound comprehension of the product approach and product creation/development lifecycles
• Knowledge of product analytics to facilitate data-driven engineering decisions
• Ability to manage and prioritize a business backlog from an engineering viewpoint
• Strong architectural insight to evaluate the viability of product requests
• Skill in translating business requirements into technical execution plans
• Proven track record in managing a modern tech stack with high load (distributed architecture, microservices, event-driven, synchronous/asynchronous, k8s, CI/CD)
• Strong background in software development
• Proficient in Russian

For other locations, the company reimburses workplace costs up to $1000 gross every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This amount can be spent on co-working space rental or home office setup (desk, chair, internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
