Deposition Coverage Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Represent firm clients by attending and defending asbestos and silica depositions.

• Conduct examinations of witnesses as necessary.

• Create deposition summaries and reports that are clear, concise, and timely.

• Analyze testimonies to pinpoint key issues related to liability, causation, and damages.

• Collaborate with case teams to develop deposition strategies and provide follow-up recommendations.

• Undertake additional litigation appearances, hearings, or related tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an active license to practice law in at least one of the following states: California, Illinois, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania.

• Previous deposition experience is a necessity.

• Preferred experience in handling asbestos, silica, toxic tort, product liability, or other intricate civil litigation cases.

• Strong preference for candidates with defense-side deposition experience.

• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication capabilities are essential.

• Should be able to work independently while meeting reporting deadlines.

• Must possess a professional, client-oriented demeanor with a keen attention to detail.
