Deployment Strategist, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic Leadership and Use Case Discovery: Collaborate with Global and Regional C-Level executives and VPs to identify AI opportunities and prioritize the most impactful use cases.

• Scoping: Rigorously assess impact versus effort for both dimensions.

• Prototyping: Develop hands-on prototypes and demonstrations.

• Program Management: Oversee coordination of work across active deployments within an account.

• Prioritization: Arrange use cases within an account to ensure that each deployment enhances the subsequent one.

• Customer Partnership: Serve as the primary business-side contact for the account.

• Onsite Embedding: Travel to client locations for kickoffs, mapping sessions, and crucial moments where onsite presence can affect the outcome.

• Product Feedback Loop: Relay insights from the field back to Product and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background that combines technical expertise with strategic insight, along with a proven record of building impactful solutions.

• Proficient in coding—primarily in Python—and utilizing LLMs and AI-driven tools such as Claude Code to rapidly deliver prototypes.

• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and the role of AI agents within enterprise workflows.

• Strategic instinct: capability to identify business value in workflows and articulate it in terms of impact, effort, and prioritization that resonates with C-level executives.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging both executives and operational teams, with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions effectively.

• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize effectively across multiple projects and drive measurable outcomes, not merely activities.
