Deployment Strategist, French Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Strategic Leadership and Use Case Discovery: Collaborate with Global and Regional C-Level executives and VPs to evaluate AI opportunities and prioritize the most impactful use cases.

• Scoping: Rigorously assess impact versus effort on both dimensions. In terms of business value, critically analyze the realistic potential, challenge whether the proposed use case will truly deliver the most significant impact, and investigate if reframing it or shifting to a related process could yield better results.

• Prototyping: Develop prototypes and demonstrations in a hands-on manner. Utilize our platform and AI-powered coding tools to test concepts from start to finish with a focused scope.

• Program Management: Oversee the coordination of work across active deployments within an account.

• Prioritization: Organize use cases within an account so that each deployment enhances the next.

• Customer Partnership: Serve as the primary business-side contact for the account. Establish trust with both operational and executive stakeholders on a daily basis.

• Onsite Embedding: Travel onsite for kickoffs, mapping sessions, and critical moments where physical presence can influence outcomes.

• Product Feedback Loop: Relay field insights back to Product and Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background that combines technical expertise with strategic insight, along with a proven track record of building initiatives. Typical paths include engineering (Computer Science, electrical, industrial, systems), data science, tech startup founding, product management, or technical/strategic consulting.

• Proficient in coding—primarily in Python—utilizing LLMs and AI-powered tools like Claude Code to quickly produce prototypes.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and the role of AI agents within enterprise workflows.

• Strategic insight: capability to identify the business value behind a workflow and translate it into terms of impact, effort, and prioritization that C-level executives can act upon.

• Exceptional communication skills with both executives and operational staff. Comfortable bridging the gap between business and technical discussions without compromising either perspective.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively across multiple workstreams and drive meaningful outcomes, rather than merely activities.
