Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with C-level executives and VPs to evaluate AI opportunities and prioritize the most impactful use cases.

• Create prototypes and demonstrations directly using our platform and AI-driven tools.

• Oversee active deployments within an account, gain a thorough understanding of the developments, and address potential issues proactively.

• Organize use cases within an account so that each deployment enhances the next.

• Act as the main business contact for the account, fostering trust with operational and executive stakeholders.

• Provide structured feedback from the field to Product and Engineering, identifying reusable patterns and areas for platform enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience that merges technical proficiency with strategic insight and a proven track record of building products.

• Proficient in coding with Python—sufficient to create functional prototypes and demonstrations utilizing LLMs and AI-driven tools like Claude Code.

• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and the role of AI agents within enterprise workflows.

• Strategic mindset: capability to discern where business value resides in a workflow, question assumptions, and convert insights into actionable plans for C-level executives.

• Exceptional communication skills with both executives and operational teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve results, rather than just activities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: highly self-sufficient, takes full responsibility, and excels in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
