Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales to conduct thorough discovery and analyze the organizational, political, and technical landscapes of customers.

• Assess the business impact of $10M+ customer challenges and establish pilot MVPs, success metrics, and timelines.

• Create PRDs, prioritize engineering backlogs, oversee project scope, and conduct hands-on QA testing.

• Lead FDE build teams through agile methodologies.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to individual engineers.

• Identify and resolve technical or political obstacles.

• Oversee Day 0 launches, manage war rooms, and ensure comprehensive solution adoption.

• Gather user feedback, refine solutions, and validate the defined business value.

• Develop maintenance plans and produce customer documentation and training materials.

• Recognize additional high-value FDE engagements through trusted advisor relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong presence with C-suite executives and excellent communication abilities.

• Proficiency in product and systems thinking, including SWOT analysis and competitive landscape assessment.

• Strong focus on execution and a hands-on approach to project delivery.

• Minimum of 2 years as a Deployment Strategist or 2+ years in a high-growth startup in a builder or founder role.

• Alternatively, 5+ years in a senior, client-facing product or delivery position at a leading technology firm or consultancy.

• Experience in value-driven scoping, including TCO/ROI analysis.

• Proven track record in managing agile software projects.

• Familiarity with writing PRDs.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
