Deployment Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the complete deployment workflow from start to finish.

• Travel to client locations (approximately 6 weeks each quarter) to observe live deployments.

• Cultivate strong relationships with business and project stakeholders on the hospital side.

• Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to ensure high deployment standards.

• Work alongside the Customer Success team to identify early indications of deployment issues.

• Engage with mobile (iOS/Android), firmware, and hardware teams for effective collaboration.

• Provide structured feedback to the product team to help shape the development roadmap.

• Utilize AI tools independently to create dashboards and tracking solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar technical role that involves stakeholder engagement.

• A healthy skepticism regarding the quality and sustainability of deployments.

• Proficient in using AI tools as a self-motivated individual.

• Enthusiastic about travel and being on-site (about 8 weeks per quarter).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare, hospital IT, or complex physical/technical deployment environments.
